Terms of Service

1. The Service

Fashion Stylist AI (“the Service”) is operated by 702 AI Services LLC (“we”). The Service helps adults preview AI-rendered outfits on their own bodies before purchase, using user-supplied face and body photographs processed by third-party image-generation models.

By creating an account or using the Service in any other way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility: 18+ only

You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to create an account or use the Service. At signup we require you to affirm:

“I confirm I am 18 years of age or older.”

That affirmation is audit-logged with your IP address, timestamp, and user-agent. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and irrevocable deletion of all data associated with the account, including any biometric data we have collected. We will not pre-rate or refund a terminated account.

3. Your account

One account per natural person. You may not share login credentials, you may not let another person use your account, and you may not transfer your account to another person. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Automate or scrape the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of any non-public component of the Service.
• Use the Service to impersonate another person.
• Upload images of another person without their explicit consent (the Service is for rendering you on yourself, not others).
• Use a stolen credit card or other fraudulent payment.

4. Payment and billing

Subscription tiers, prices, and quotas are stated on our pricing page. Billing is processed by Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until you cancel via the Customer Portal accessible from your Account page.

4a. Refunds

We do not refund unused portions of a billing cycle. Renders consumed during a cycle are non-refundable. One exception:

• If the Service is materially unusable due to our outage for more than 24 consecutive hours, contact support and we will pro-rate a credit.

4b. Video credits

Video credits purchased à-la-carte are non-refundable once redeemed. Unredeemed credits do not expire and remain on your account for future redemption.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photographs and any other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Your Content solely to operate the Service for you: that is, to send your face and body refs to the AI rendering vendors listed in our Privacy Policy, to produce rendered images on your behalf, and to display those renders back to you.

We will never use Your Content to train any model we operate, we will never display Your Content (or any render derived from Your Content) to any other user, and our contracts with rendering vendors require them to exclude Your Content from their training data as well.

You retain ownership of the renders we produce for you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Render any person other than yourself.
• Generate or attempt to generate sexually explicit content, nudity, or any content that violates the rendering vendor's safety policies.
• Harass, defame, or threaten any person.
• Create deepfakes or other content intended to deceive about a person's identity or actions.
• Infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against any group.

Violations result in immediate account termination at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to refund a terminated account.

7. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time via Account → Delete my data. We will cascade-delete your calibrations, soft-delete your sessions, scrub PII from our audit log, and purge R2 storage prefixes scoped to your user ID within 30 days.

We can terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy (Section 6), if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if you fail to pay an outstanding invoice for more than 30 days.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, THAT ANY PARTICULAR RENDER WILL MATCH YOUR SUBJECTIVE EXPECTATIONS, OR THAT ANY GARMENT YOU SEE RENDERED WILL FIT YOU WHEN PHYSICALLY WORN.

AI rendering is probabilistic. A rendered image is an interpretation, not a photograph. We make best efforts to preserve your facial likeness and body anchor across renders, but we do not guarantee perfect fidelity in any individual image.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 702 AI SERVICES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE FIRST CLAIM.

10. DMCA / copyright complaints

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the Service without permission, please follow the procedure described in our DMCA policy.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
